CAROLINA CANOE CLUB 2010 Paddling Clinics Registration Form (Paper form available here)

Below you will find an online registration form for 2010 Carolina Canoe Club Paddling Clinics. There will be no clinic fees for 2010 but an $80 deposit check will be required for registration. Those students attending the clinics will have their deposit check returned at the end of each clinic. Registered students that do not attend the clinic for which they registered will forfeit the entire deposit. After submitting you online registration, please mail your $80 deposit check, made payable to Carolina Canoe Club, to: Michael Keeney ATTN: CCC Clinics 1722 Cheshire Bridge Rd. Durham, NC  27712 In order to participate in the clinics, you must complete BOTH and ACA and CCC liability waiver form. These forms are available at the following links: ACA Adult Waiver ACA Minor Waiver CCC Waiver Your electronic registration will be confirmed by email well in advance of the clinic.
